Shipping & Delivery
Please note that we are a staff of one, with occasional volunteer assistants.  While we try our hardest to maintain a consistant mailing schedule no later than five business days after the payment is received, we advise that orders can take up to two weeks to be processed.  We are currently working on automating paperwork for our aproximate 200 orders per month, so we can focus more on expediant shipping but until then it's all done by hand.  Shipping can take up to four days for priority mail, and up to ten days for parcel, longer for international.
 
Privacy & Security
We will never share customer information with any third-party!  Business and transactions over store.iww.org and paypal.com are done via a secure https connection!
Returns & Replacements
With volunteer labor, occasionally the wrong item gets packed, or things get packed incorrectly.  If you've received the incorrect order or your goods were received damaged, please call us at 773-728-0996 or email store@iww.org.  We ask that you return the item(s) to us and we will replace them with the correct goods.  We are delighted to help you, and will not hesitate to do so!
Where's my stuff?!
If it's been over 30 days and you have not received your merchandise, please call us at 773-728-0996 or email us at store@iww.org and let us know your name and current address.  We will respond and update you with the status of the shipment and reship your merchandise if there has been an error.
That's not fast enough!
Currently all of our financial documentation is done by hand for every order, as is having to check off each individual order as "shipped," but we're currently automating this process so as to allow us more time to focus on timely shipping.
