Weakening the Dam is intended for IWW members as a training tool. It is designed to offer resources to build the confidence, competency, and commitment of IWW organizers. There are more resources in Organizer Training 101 and 102, and in your local IWW branch.
This material is not a substitute for an organizer training and works much better after a training.
